5.4 Loyalty Program

• Registering more than one account, whether under the same name or a different identity;

fnd88 employs advanced fraud detection and transaction monitoring tools to identify suspicious activity. 8.1 Closure by the Player

Limitation of Liability

While fnd88 makes every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, error-free access to the Platform, fnd88 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and accepts no liability for losses arising from downtime, technical faults, or third-party service failures beyond its reasonable control. fnd88's total liability to any individual player in connection with the Platform, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall not exceed the value of the player's real-money account balance at the time the claim arises.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fnd88 Platform — including logos, graphics, software, game content, text, and visual design elements — is the property of fnd88 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any fnd88 content without prior written permission.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue in full force and effect.
